Our entire family have been waiting for that concert with anticipation.
We bought the tickets more than a month before the event.And,alas,we were greatly disappointed with the quality of the sound.It was rather disgusting.
We believe you are high-class professionals and we hope you will care about your devoted fans next time.Next time, make sure the sound is correctly set.
We are so upset, we want a refund.
