I bought one for Nashville and saw on an email where you just have to show up at the venue at least 2 hours prior to the show and present your photo I.D. I don't think they are actually sending anything out. I would still call Ground CTRL customer service at (877) GND-CTRL and make sure. Please dont take my word for it. Just want you to get your right information. Post back a reply and let us know what you find out.
