I've searched all over the net for lyrics to TEN FOOT POLE, and every lyrics site (and book) I can find shows them as gibberish...I knew they were not gibberish, just Billy mumbling them. After painstaking work slowing the song down, here is roughly what I've come up with. I'd love some official confirmation from someone with the band, and also some help filling in the last few gaps:

Verse 1

Try to find this in my note
If it aint there must want one more
Tried the things that her want to do
But man lil thang somethin's wrong with you, boy
She mind everything I do
Its happenin' every night, its a rough street too
I dont like a thang you do,
But man my neck, look what's happened to you
...I wouldnt touch it with a 10 foot pole.

Verse 2

Try to find this turn page two,
If it ain't easy somethin's wrong with you.
Baby tied around my neck,
Cus it ain't the thing that you're into next.
She's her thing but she like to dance,
If it ain't with a kitten it's her ____ ____ ____
I don't respect one thing you do,
If you think it's easy somethin's wrong with you.
....I wouldnt touch it with a 10 foot pole.

That's as good as the gibberish. Sometimes when I listen to the CD I think I get it but I just listened to a YouTube and even with the closeup it's hard to make it out. I've got songbooks for some of the albums but not this one. I'll see if they have one at Guitar Center the next time they have one of their "once in a lifetime" weekly sales but I don't know if an official songbook would have the words or the gibberish.

Don't know why the above looks like that.....
